To be honest we didn't really get our game going today, from the very first minute we didn't have that bit of zip about us that we have had so far this year. First half was largely a non event and whilst they shaded it we came in 0-0.

2nd half carried on in a fairly flat manner for both sides, we then created the best chance of the day with a great move but their
Keeper made a miraculous save from Coxy when it looked like 1-0. We then lost Oli Bailey to injury which was a blow but Chalky came
on and looked to create a bit for us. Fairly quickly though they went up the other end and got ahead with a well worked goal. We made a couple more tactical changes to get back in the game and we had our best spell at that point and deserved our equaliser when Josh Harfield bundled over the line after good work from Rob Carr. Looked like only 1 winner at that point but a momentary lapse allowed them into score and go 2-1 up! We gave it a good go to get back in it again, we lost Adam Tomasso to a sending off late on and they got a 3rd as we had to throw men forward.

Disappointing to lose! Have to say the way you won the game was far from dignified, totally unnecessary! Also the performance of the officials today was not great that's for sure and only added to the frustration we are feeling right now!

Gutted to go out, we now have to bounce back in an extremely tough game next weekend against 2nd place Bristol Manor Farm! Big weeks training to prepare for that ahead.

Up the citizens.
